Set up a fundraising account with us and 15% of your purchases will be donated back to your local non-profit organization. You enjoy great eating, and we get to help sports, arts and other worthwhile organizations in our community. You can also take orders from friends and family who enjoy Farmgate products and would like to support your organization.    

FIRST, request a fundraising account by submitting the form on the right or by giving us a call. SECOND, download the pdf form below in adobe acrobat and do one of the following:

(1)  Print out copies of the form. Complete your order and bring the form into the store. We will arrange a delivery date with you.

(2) Download the form on your computer in adobe acrobat. Save a copy as MYORDER; fill in your order amounts (totals tally automatically); save the file; send your order to the email address from which you received your account confirmation. We will contact you to let you know when you can pick up your order.
